CPA utilise a Contact Centre in Bristol from where all survey work is controlled by dedicated teams, thus allowing rigorous service, quality and technical control of all activities. The Centre acts as the co- ordination point for all National field operations, with the mainly home based surveyors being strategically located to provide cover throughout the UK.
Our surveyors have a full range of surveying skills and experience and typically have CII, RICS and NEBOSH qualifications.
Reports are technically excellent, yet easy to read utilising a clear traffic lights system for risk factor flagging.
Services can be branded if required and we are always happy to develop a bespoke service or program to support client requirements. Whilst our services are principally focused on insurers, underwriters and brokers, in addition, some of the surveys we offer assist policyholders/property owners and managing agents in meeting their legal and statutory obligations.
Our claims related heritage means we bring an additional dimension to risk management surveying, as we have an acute understanding of what can go wrong and why. We are also able to provide technical support and technical/marketing papers.
We also provide risk management consultancy services, particularly in relation to buildings defects and e.g. situations where insurance cover has been restricted by underwriters due to claims experience.
We are also instructed by lawyers and legal expenses insurers on buildings related disputes, to act as expert witnesses.
