We have three principal approaches that drive our service delivery:-
- Site investigation and fraud enquires are carried out by experienced field adjusters and investigators who understand the real role of the adjuster.
- A fantastically experienced internal team, our claims consultants offer that vital management support.
- For more complex and higher value claims our adjusters retain complete control, giving both the Insured and Client the certainty and comfort that they need.
